2019 Calendars

This 2019 calendar design was inspired by retro concepts and applying them to more modern grid systems. I experimented with watercolor and in depth research on tarot cards to inspired the first calendar. For the second, Barbara Solomon was a huge inspiration, I wanted to demonstrate enlarged graphics, just as she does.

This calendar design was inspired by watercolor and tarot cards. The light blue represents full moons and the darker red represents new moons.

This calendar was inspired by large "supergraphics", with the emphasis on popping months- this calendar represents shifts in seasons, leaving the warmer months at the bottom and colder months at the top. The highlighted notes on this calendar are the dates that mark a solstice.
